Polite and efficient staff - a special mention of Ms. Santu from Room Service (for her prompt, well-mannered service and attention to detail) and Mr. Avinash from Front Office (for going the extra mile and giving all relevant details of the hotel facilities and of Pune city of his own volition, to make our stay comfortable). A big Thank you to both of them. 5.) Very good location- close to city centre and a stone's throw away from Ferguson College Road - the happening place of Pune city for eateries and shopping.

All the staff is exceptional friendly, polite and caring, like Mr Avinash and all his amazing collegues at reception, gate, restaurants and spa. They literally read the guest's wishes from their mind. I felt best taken care of. Great home base for my explorations of Pune city.
